NGDRS software is being used to reduce the possibility of forgery in registration. In this sequence, the registry of land in ALL CHHATTISGARH and Patharia sub-registrar offices of the district will be done through this software. For registration of documents in the NGDRS system, the party or his representative will have to register online for the first time in the citizen section of the website http://www.ngdrs.cg.gov.in/NGDRS.CG. After this, the citizen will have to login and select the respective registration office and deed type, on filling the details of parties and property in the online available form, the market value, stamp duty and registration fee will be automatically calculated. After this, by selecting the time and date as per convenience for registration, the applicant will be able to register his document by appearing at the registration office with documents and all necessary records on the scheduled date. After receipt of the fee, the process of registration of the document will be completed on the same day after verification and after scanning the document, the original document will be returned to the party.
